Just a project for fun, creating mega evolutions of pokemon that I'd like to see.
I'm basing these purely on their original designs, as opposed to whether they need stat boosts etc.

Hi. I am making a fan-game that takes place in prehistoric times, and Torkoal is one of the starters. Can I make a sprite of this and use it as Torkoal's evolution? (Credit will be given to you for the design.)
